As I'm sure you know, Brad and I loath big business and consumerism, and the wedding industry rife with that ridiculousness. Flowers seemed like just one more thing we were supposed to do. Then I found Papertini, originally a one-woman business run out of a West Philly apartment, and thought, "How much more DIY can you get?"

I initially emailed the owner, Tanti, some vague ideas about potted plants, spring flowers, and variations of my mantra "simple and elegent." She came back with amazing and very enthusastic suggestions that really inspired me. Tonight we met over coffee and discussed the options and details, and now I'm very psyched.

Why does this matter to you? Well, every table at the reception will have potted daffodils that need a home after the wedding. I would love to visit your garden one day and see our wedding daffodils!
